Ice skating is a fun activity the whole family can enjoy, and we are blessed to have a wonderful ice complex right here in the heart of our city. The Hagerstown Ice and Sports Complex is a modern facility that features a single National Hockey League size rink, an arcade, a snack bar, lockers, showers, and rooms for private parties or meetings. Need skates? They offer a wide range of rental skates to fit almost any sized foot - from toddlers to adults (size 13 available). This 40,500 square foot facility works hard to host youth and adult hockey leagues, drop in youth and adult skate, figure skating and learn to skate. Hagerstown Edge Skating Academy offers homeschoolers 5-7 weeks sessions designed to enhance their curriculum. They even offer a session for Boy Scouts to earn their Boy Scout Skating Badge. Discounts are available for larger parties at the door.  This facility, operated by the Hagerstown Ice Amateur Athletic Association, succeeds in their aim to please and meet the needs of the whole community.
